Customer satisfaction is a top priority. Should you receive any item(s) and are not satisfied, or if the item is damaged in transit, please take the following
steps:

1. Please notify us, via e-mail, within 48 hours of receipt of your package at customercare@joshuastoneco.com

2. If an item is damaged in transit, please provide photographs

3. The item(s) must be returned with all labels

4. The item(s) must be returned in original condition (non-damaged returns only)

5. Returns must be received by Joshua Stone Company within 7 days of the initial receipt of the package

Joshua Stone Company does not provide return shipping labels.

Whichever method of payment used initially, will be credited for the full amount immediately upon our receipt and inspection of returned
item(s).
